Will you tell me what to eat?

No, as a qualified PT we shouldn't offer meal plans. However, I don't want to tell you what to eat for 12 weeks, I want to provide you with everything you need to know, to make healthy nutrition a part of your life, so you can eat well forever! Without needing any help from me.

I work different shifts each week, how will I do the workouts?

That's the beauty of online training. Your workouts will be scheduled in the app, but you can complete them on whichever days work best for you. I will be keeping an eye on their completion though.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, if you're not a member of a gym, we can plan workouts from home too. If you have any equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells or resistance bands, we can incorporate those into your program.

I'm already going to the gym, but not seeing results, can you help me?

This is my specialty! If you have specific goals, I know how to help you get there. 

I've tried online coaching before, but I had no contact with anyone personally. 

There's a difference between online programs and signing up with an online coach. I don't want to simply hand out generic template workouts to people, I want to work closely with people who are serious about improving their lifestyle and fitness. I believe a huge part of this process is our mindset. That is why the check-ins and feedback play a big part in the journey.
